From birth, Zac was immersed in the captivating world of construction. Learning hands-on during summers and school breaks, working for his father Michael. After high school, Zac pursued higher education in Building Construction. His hunger for knowledge only grew stronger, and he absorbed every aspect of the trade, making building quality homes his lifelong passion. “The experience was invaluable, and the craftsmanship and dedication I witnessed only deepened my love for the craft.”

Tragedy struck Zac when he lost his beloved grandfather, “He was a source of inspiration and the foundation of our family's construction heritage.” His legacy was continued by his son Pat, Zac’s uncle, who at that time invited him to join the family business. “It was an opportunity that would shape the course of my life.”

Working for his uncle was transformative, as he inherited priceless knowledge and skills in the construction industry. Then, life dealt another blow, with the sudden passing of Pat; “leaving an indelible void in my heart”.
